Planter Care Guide

Tips to keep your fiber planters strong and beautiful for years.

Placement & Handling
  • Place on flat, stable surfaces to avoid cracks.
  • Use pot stands/risers for airflow and drainage.
  • Lift instead of dragging to prevent scratches.
  • Keep outdoor pots slightly shaded to reduce UV impact.
Planting & Soil
  • Use a well-draining mix (soil + compost + sand/perlite).
  • Add pebbles/clay balls at the bottom for drainage.
  • Leave 1–2 inches space at the top.
  • Avoid large trees with invasive roots.
Watering
  • Keep drainage holes open at all times.
  • Water moderately — fiber pots are non-porous.
  • Use trays indoors to protect floors.
  • Drain excess water after heavy rains.
Cleaning & Care
  • Wipe with a damp cloth weekly.
  • For stains, use mild soap water (no harsh chemicals).
  • Remove moss/algae with gentle brushing.
  • Apply fiber-safe polish occasionally for shine.
Weather Protection
  • Summer (35°C+): Move to shade, use liners, water plants more often.
  • Monsoon: Raise pots on stands, ensure holes are clear.
  • Winter (<10°C): Avoid frost exposure, reduce watering.
  • Normal climate (20–30°C): Regular care is enough.
Indoor Care
  • Rotate pots for even growth and fading prevention.
  • Keep away from heaters or radiators.
  • Use trays/mats to avoid stains or scratches.
Repotting & Long-Term Use
  • Repot every 12–18 months with fresh soil.
  • Clean pots before reuse.
